I had an issue with my hvac system at 8pm on a Saturday. He actually walked me through the issue over the phone and the part I needed. It ended up just being a blown fuse in my furnace. I was able to run to home depot before they closed and get everything working again. He helped me with no charge. The company I called before wanted $350 just to come out for a service call. Thanks you so much. Its been 90+ all week so I was really stressed that I wasnt going to be able to get it fixed or it would cost an arm and a leg. I would recommend them to anyone. Its hard to find honest helpful people these days. -Colton

I had a nasty backup toilet in the middle of the night that literally was all over my house by the time I found it. I made several calls to different companies that told me they could not come out until the the morning but when I called Universal plumbing and heating not only did they send someone out immediately Peter showed up fixed the issue and helped me clean up the mess. And his prices were affordable.

Peter was great to work with. He was very responsive and quick to schedule. He showed a lot of passion in his work. I had a new hvac system put in 3 years ago. I had a separate pipe leak that caused damages to the unit recently causing hvac to be removed. Peter was nice enough to remove, STORE THE HUGE UNIT while the unit went through restoration, and reinstall. Unfortunately, we then had some freon leakage on external ppipes that were so small, it took him a long time to find. Usually, people would give up at that point but he continued to work on it for me and with his diligence, he found success! He was so sweet on the price because he knew i was going through major repairs on other things that were flood related. Definitely would recommend them!

Had a new AC installed, very quick to respond, was able to come the following day and gave a very competitive estimate. We are so glad we chose them for the work, Peter was very professional, listened to exactly what we wanted to do, and was able to do the job just how we imagined it!
